You want your parent to be well cared for, even when you cannot be there. Start by telling us what is happening. You do not need to choose a service or have every detail worked out.
你人在海外，父母在国内需要照顾。可能是这次看病没人陪，也可能是家里人已经忙不过来。先说说现在的情况，不用一上来就选套餐、定方案。
GAC is a U.S.–China execution team. We help families arrange and follow through on agreed local support, with the parent's wishes and participation at the center. Practical help should leave the family more room to spend time together.
GAC 是中美两地执行团队。我们尊重父母自己的意愿，把家里商量好的具体事情在中国本地落实、跟进，让家人能腾出一些精力，好好陪伴彼此。

What we can take on / 可以从哪些事开始
A planned clinic visit, a home visit agreed with your parent, discharge arrangements, or practical coordination when a family caregiver needs support. We first check the situation and the local people available for the specific work.
陪同就诊、经父母同意的上门探访、出院交接，或帮正在照顾老人的家人分担一些具体工作。哪些事能接，我们会先核实当地人员和实际条件，不让你只得到一句笼统的“都能做”。
Before you commit / 决定委托之前
We review requests from across China. Availability is confirmed for each case. We will explain who will take responsibility, what is included, the fee, and how your family will hear back before asking you to commit to a service.
全国各地的需求都可以先告诉我们。确认能承接后，再把负责人、具体安排、费用和沟通方式讲清楚，由家里决定是否委托。提交咨询不需要付款。

Any further information is requested only when needed through an agreed channel. GAC does not make medical decisions or provide emergency rescue.
